After a decade of success in the corporate world leading teams and managing projects, Stacy found herself drawn to something more hands-on and creative. That passion led her to launch Cloud 9ine Balloons in 2024, where she now combines structure, strategy, and creativity to produce thoughtful, custom event installations throughout Central Texas.

Since launching Cloud 9ine Balloons, Stacy has designed installations for corporate celebrations, grand openings, community events, birthdays, showers, and milestone occasions. Her work has supported nationally recognized brands, growing local businesses, and families who want an event that feels personal and intentionally designed.
