Grab + Go orders are available for pickup by appointment in Georgetown, Texas. Your balloons will already be fully inflated, so make sure your vehicle has plenty of open space before you arrive. Trust us, balloons take up more room than you think!
Garlands are designed for self-installation and include hanging materials and simple instructions to help you get everything party-ready.
Don’t want to make the drive? Local delivery is available starting at $75 within our service area. Someone must be available to receive the order, and additional fees may apply for addresses outside our standard delivery area.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you have a bigger vision in mind or want Cloud 9ine to handle delivery, setup and installation, our Full-Service Balloon Installations are probably a better fit. Tell us what you’re dreaming up and we’ll take it from there.
What if I want something more custom?
Balloon longevity depends on the product and environment. For the best results, keep your balloons indoors in a climate-controlled space and away from direct sunlight until it’s time to celebrate.
How long will my balloons last?
You can, but balloons and Texas weather don’t always play nicely together! Heat, direct sunlight, wind and other outdoor conditions can affect the appearance and longevity of your balloons. Because of this, we can’t guarantee how long balloons will last outdoors.
Can I use my balloons outside?
Select products can be personalized with custom vinyl lettering. Custom balloon towers also include a personalized topper, and jumbo helium balloons can be customized with a name or message for an additional fee.
Can I personalize my balloons?
Yes! Grab + Go garlands can be customized with your choice of up to three colors, and other products offer color customization as well. You’ll make your selections when placing your order.
Can I choose my balloon colors?
Yes. Grab + Go garlands are designed for self-installation, but don’t worry, we’ll send you home with the hanging materials and simple instructions you need to get it up. If DIY setup isn’t your thing, our Full-Service Installations are a better fit.
Do I have to install my balloon garland myself?
It depends on your order, but balloons take up a surprising amount of room. An SUV or vehicle with plenty of open cargo space is recommended for larger garlands and orders. Plan to clear out your vehicle and fold down seats when possible before arriving.
What size vehicle do I need?
Grab + Go pickup is available by appointment in Georgetown, Texas. You’ll receive the details you need for pickup with your order.
Where do I pick up my balloons?
We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for weekends and busy celebration seasons.
